Top 100 Tour at Beau Desert
Tuesday 30 April
Beau Desert Golf Club - no. 40
Hidden among the towering canopy of Staffordshire's Cannock Forest, this Herbert Fowler classic stands proudly alongside his other English master-pieces - Saunton, Walton Heath and The Berkshire, to name a few.
Founded in 1919, the course originally had just 9 holes with a further 9 added at a later date.
Described as having a ‘flavour of Gleneages’, the course is set in land once owned by the Marquess with manicured landscape and narrow fairways. It’s a challenging but memorable test of golf with varied holes and large greens - it’ll be a great day out in the Midlands.
What's included?
Tea/coffee and bacon rolls on arrival
18-holes individual stableford competition
1-course meal afterwards
Presentation and chance to win prizes
£139pp (£25 deposit required to secure your spot)
On Monday 29 April, the Tour will be visiting Blackwell Golf Club nearby. Golfers playing both courses are asked to sort their own accommodation.
